I’m RASHMI PILLAY a micro-bakery owner in my hometown Georgetown, Texas. 

I am a wife, and mom of 2 teenagers. My love for baking started at a very young age and I have been baking since. I am passionate about making sourdough, creative butters, and cookies. I established my home-based micro bakery as a cottage food baker in 2025. What started out as a dream of baking a few extra loaves as a side hustle soon turned into a creative business due to the immense support of my community.

My belief of using chemical free and wholesome ingredients is a core to any of my recipes. This core value has attracted customers who share the same belief of quality ingredients and premium products.
